Re-Schedule Requests for U9 and older teams:
If you are requesting a re-schedule because of a school function, then please contact the opposing coach. The opposing coach will then provide 2 possible dates, times and location (either club's venue irrespective of where the game was originally scheduled). If the requesting team can agree on one of the options, then I will need to hear from both coaches as to the agreed upon option. I will then re-schedule the game. I suggest that both coaches then notify the referee assignor of that venue (and the one where the game was moved from, if the re-scheduled game moved venues) to let him know about the newly re-scheduled game so referees can be cancelled and can be assigned.
IF THERE IS NOT AN AGREEMENT, notify me a.s.a.p.. These type of re-schedule requests are not automatically approved. I will need to know the details of the request to re-schedule. I will also need to know the options suggested and I will re-schedule the game - not necessarily according to one of the options. I will notify the appropriate referee assignors. All of this must be done as soon as possible once you become aware of the need to re-schedule.
